Sailing has been part of my life since I was a kid. From growing up around the water in Newport Beach, California, to more than 40 years spent sailing since, the draw of the water has never left me. Sailing isn’t just something we do—it’s part of our character at Sail Sport Northwest.

As I approached retirement, I decided to turn that lifelong passion into something meaningful. Rather than stepping away, I chose to stay on the water and give back to the sailing community by sharing my experience and supporting fellow sailors.That’s how Sail Sport Northwest was born. We’re a small, family-run business serving sailors in the Pacific Northwest and beyond. We’re not a big-box retailer—we’re sailors supporting sailors.

Our goal is simple: help grow the sport, support junior and adult sailors, and provide quality gear with honest, personal service. If we don’t respond immediately, chances are we’re out sailing or at a regatta—but we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
